Prior to joining the faculty at Baruch , I was a tax partner at Ernst & Young. I specialized in business taxation of multi-national companies . Specific areas of expertise include corporate taxation , international taxation , partnership taxation , and personal financial planning . In the last 5 years of my career , I was a part of a team that built a global independence function . So , I now have unique expertise in auditor independence and professional ethics.

Adjunct Professor , De Paul University Masters of Taxation Program ,1983-2002 Ernst & Young Outstanding Instructor Award Created and delivered educational programs at Ernst & Young on the following subjects : Professional Ethics in the Tax Practice International Federation of Accountants Code of Ethics Taxation of Mergers and Acquisitions Taught Estate and Gift Taxation for Illinois CPA Society
