2 Years To Goal! The Career Management Process is exciting and challenging. An early start can make all the difference in both your success and sanity! To secure a full-time job upon graduation takes 2 years of hard work and determination. So the time to start the job search process is now!

The Career Action Plan (CAP) is an outline of the necessary activities you will need to engage in to secure a job and/or internship. Think of the Career Action Plan as your road map to managing your career as a Zicklin graduate business center. Use this tool on your own, with your peers and with the support and guidance of the Graduate Career Management Center.

To download and view the Career Action Plan: login to Zicklin CareerLink. Go to the "Document Library" tab under the "Documents" section and select the "Career Action Plan."
